1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking services, or interacting with our caregivers/nurses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

2. Services Provided

Seva Healthcare provides:

• Caregiver & attendant services
• Nursing services
• Elder care
• Mother & Child care
• Post-surgery and recovery care
• ICU setup & equipment rental
• Healthcare training programs

All services are subject to availability, verification, and service-area limitations.

3. Booking & Payment

• Service bookings can be made through phone, WhatsApp, website form, or in person.
• Charges may vary based on service type, patient condition, duration, and location.
• Payment must be made in full and on time, as per the agreed service plan.
• Advance payments (if applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Additional hours or tasks beyond the agreed service will incur extra charges.

4. Caregiver / Nurse Allocation

We assign caregivers or nurses based on availability and patient requirements.

• A replacement may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
• Staff cannot be hired directly without informing Seva Healthcare.
• Any attempt to employ our staff privately will result in legal action and penalty.

5. Patient Responsibilities

To ensure safe care, the client/patient must:

• Provide accurate medical details and instructions
• Inform us of any special needs, risks, or behavioural concerns
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for the caregiver or nurse
• Not force the caregiver/nurse to perform tasks outside their job role

6. Caregiver/Nurse Limitations

Our staff cannot perform the following:

• Medical procedures they are not certified for
• Handling cash, property, or valuables
• Lifting extremely heavy objects
• Performing deep cleaning or housekeeping beyond basic cleanliness
• Staying alone with violent or unsafe patients

Their safety is equally important.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

While we strive for high-quality care:

• Seva Healthcare is not liable for any unforeseeable medical emergencies, complications, or outcomes beyond our control.
• We do not guarantee recovery or improvement of health conditions.
• We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from misinformation provided by the client.

Our responsibility is limited to providing trained staff and professional care.

8. Replacement & Termination

1. If a caregiver/nurse is not suitable, a replacement may be arranged.
2. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• The environment is unsafe
• Staff is mistreated
• Payment terms are violated
• False information is provided

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy (can be created separately).
Short-notice cancellations may incur charges.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy.
Any personal or medical information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

Seva Healthcare may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
